煙草在線據(jù)《煙業(yè)通訊》報(bào)道編譯　　帝國煙草在其瑞典的鼻煙工廠內(nèi)設(shè)立了一個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)室——首次在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)能對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行測(cè)試。

　　此前，該工廠鼻煙產(chǎn)品的評(píng)估是由帝國煙草位于德國漢堡和法國Fleury-les-Aubrais的科學(xué)家進(jìn)行的。

　　“我們?cè)谫惙蛏峁S新開發(fā)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室，減少了產(chǎn)品測(cè)試和核準(zhǔn)所需要的時(shí)間，這意味著它們可以更迅速地抵達(dá)消費(fèi)者手中，”帝國煙草在一篇新聞稿中稱。

　　“這還能進(jìn)一步鞏固我們對(duì)鼻煙知識(shí)的掌握，支持我們?cè)跓o煙領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新和提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量?！?/p>

　　“對(duì)于鼻煙來說，擁有專門的制造和測(cè)試程序是有必要的，因?yàn)槠渖a(chǎn)采取的是一種稱之為加熱-發(fā)汗（heat-sweating）的獨(dú)特方法，與巴氏滅菌法類似，對(duì)衛(wèi)生條件要求很高.”

New laboratory will help drive smokeless innovation

　　Imperial Tobacco has opened a laboratory at its snus factory in Sweden – allowing product testing to take place on site for the first time.

　　Previously, the assessment of the factory's snus products was carried out by scientists based at Imperial's testing facilities in Hamburg, Germany, and Fleury-les-Aubrais, France.

　　"The development of the new lab at our factory in S?vsj? cuts the time needed to test and approve products, meaning they can reach consumers more quickly," Imperial said in a press note.

　　"It also enhances our ability to further build our knowledge of snus and support our work to drive innovation and quality in the smokeless sector.

　　"Specific manufacturing and testing procedures are essential for snus because it's produced using a unique method called heat-sweating, which is similar to pasteurisation and demands high levels of hygiene."
