煙草在線據(jù)FOCUS新聞社報道編譯　　保加利亞國家海關(guān)署新聞辦公室稱，來自Ruse的海關(guān)官員報告，自制的卷煙成為非法煙草產(chǎn)品市場中新的風行產(chǎn)品。自制卷煙需要投入很多的精力并不辭勞苦，這使得自制卷煙幾乎成為精品卷煙。

　　直到最近還通過在市場或其他公共場所出售沒有消費稅票的卷煙謀生的非法貿(mào)易商們發(fā)現(xiàn)，自己很難獲得這種有利可賺的產(chǎn)品。

　　在一次檢查過程中，海關(guān)官員們發(fā)現(xiàn)了這種被廣泛供應(yīng)的，由商販自己制造的卷煙，這證明走私減少了。

　　非法卷煙貿(mào)易商買來空卷煙煙支，然后填充不知道產(chǎn)地和質(zhì)量的煙草。之后，這種手工制造的卷煙被包裝到空的原產(chǎn)卷煙的盒子里。甚至已經(jīng)吸食過的原卷煙上剪下的稅票，也被放回到盒子上，不過是被剪切過的，有點磨損。

　　Ruse城的海關(guān)官員在中央合作市場挫敗了最新的非法卷煙銷售案。當局扣押了一人，這人過去常常將卷煙藏在自己衣服內(nèi)出售。盒子是打開的，消費稅票被剪下來，煙草不是原先用于這些卷煙品牌的煙草。這個男子承認，他自己填充了這些卷煙。

　　海關(guān)部門稱，這種犯罪是要對個人處以100至300保加利亞列弗的罰款，對法人和獨立擁有者要處以3000至10000列弗的罰款。

　　Home-made cigarettes are the new hit at the market of illegal tobacco products, customs officers from Ruse reported, the press office of the National Customs Agency announced. The home-made cigarettes require much effort and diligence, which makes them almost boutique ones.

　　The illegal traders, which until recently used to make their living selling cigarettes without excise stamps at the markets or other public places, already find it hard to supply themselves with the profitable products.

　　During a check customs officers ascertained that the widely offered cigarettes, which the sellers have made by themselves and this proves there is a decrease in the smuggling.

　　The illegal cigarette traders buy blank cigarettes and fill them with tobacco of unknown origin and quality. Then, the hand-made cigarettes are packed in empty original cigarette boxes. Even the already cut excise stamp of the smoked original cigarettes is put back on the box, though a bit cut and frayed.

　　The customs officers in the town of Ruse busted the latest curious case of illegal cigarettes sale at the Central Cooperative Market. Authorities detained a person, who used to sell cigarettes hidden inside his clothes. The boxes were open and the excise stamps were cut. The tobacco was not the original one used for these brands of cigarettes. The man confessed he was filling the cigarettes for himself.

　　The customs authorities recalled that such a crime is sanctioned with a fine of BGN 100 to BGN 300 for physical persons and of BGN 3,000 to BGN 10,000 for juridical persons and sole owners.
