The venerable Honduran brand El Rey del Mundo is getting a new line this month known as El Rey del Mundo Naturals. The cigars are relatively inexpensive, with suggested retail prices ranging from $5.19 to $6.79 per cigar. The cigars have Ecuador Sumatra wrappers, Honduran binders and a Central American filler blend combining Honduran and Nicaraguan leaves. They are intended to be medium bodied.

The Flor de Llaneza (pronounced Yah-NAY-zuh) is named for Cigar Aficionado Hall of Famer Frank Llaneza, who once made El Rey del Mundo cigars. Llaneza was a pioneer of Honduran cigarmaking, and he was one of the owners of Villazon & Co. before it was acquired by General Cigar Co., which is now a unit of Scandinavian Tobacco Group (STG).?
